Easy access, track is easy to follow and minimal bushbashing to reach the water. Anchors in good condition, most drops seem to have TL and TR options so take your pick.
‘Walking’ sections have loads of small features to enjoy and a minimum of slippery rock.
Water was quite dark with tannins, if aiming to do the 12m jump go on a sunny day so you can see underwater to scout.
Great trip all round, well worth a visit.
R1 sling anchor does not exist, R6 TR sling anchor has been removed and the S 10m! is unavailable without it
Normal flow, all anchors good. Plenty of anchor options on TL & TR from R5 onwards.
Larger group and we were in no rush, so took our time on the descent. Parked at turnoff to Deans Rd due to no 4WD.
All anchors are good
Hands were cold
Anchors all good, even after heavy rain
Very fun trip, easy access, close to Nelson. Thanks for the well placed anchors slings on trees and bolts where you need them. I think this trip will see lots of traffic!
