Lake Mavis is a steep, vertical alpine descent accessed off the Mingha track near Goat Pass making this an epic day trip. Consider making it a 2-day trip using the Mingha biv to overnight. The canyon features beautiful pitches, enclosed walls, amazing pools, and mostly solid bedrock.
